Scarlett Johansson Unveils Messy Undone Hair At 2011 Academy Awards

A blonde tressed Scarlett Johansson appeared on the Red Carpet at the 2011 Academy Awards wearing a gorgeous peek-a-boo Dolce & Gabbana gown with a very low cut back.

The Merlot hued gown material was transparent with strategically placed lace. Scarlett's hair was a little more undone than she normally wears it.

The front of her hair was coiffed into a messy wavy bob cascading over the top of her head from a side part.

The back of her hair was pulled into a very messy asymmetrical chignon.

Scarlett's Red Carpet hairstyle was very different from her traditional style which is more often than not infused with ringlets, waves or sleek twists.

She is obviously pushing boundaries with her hair and gown. The 26-year-old actress wore Anna Hu studs and a ring. She rocked sexy Christian Louboutin shoes which worked in perfect harmony with her gown.

Although Scarlett met up with Jeremy Renner on the Red Carpet she arrived with a mystery man as her date!

Scarlett was a presenter and presented the award for Best Sound Mixing and Best Sound Editing awards.

Daily Hair Tip
For a low maintenance style, try to work with your natural hair type rather than against it. For example, if your hair is naturally wavy, select a hairstyle that works easily with the waves.
