All of the contestants from season ten will return for the finale to weigh in one last time and show America how much weight theyve lost since the beginning of their weight-loss journeys.

The transformations will be profound, not just for the finalists, but also for the eliminated contestants who all continued to lose weight after returning home from The Biggest Loser ranch. Those returning will also include the contestants who lost the seven-city challenge in the premiere episode and never made it to the ranch, but continued their weight loss journeys at home.

In the most recent episode that aired on December 7, Alfredo Frado Dinten (Staten Island, New York) and Patrick House (Vicksburg, Mississippi) weighed in above the yellow line, securing their spots as two of this seasons three finalists.

Contestants Elizabeth Ruiz (Lawrence, Massachusetts) and Ada Wong (Gilroy, California) fell below the yellow line, leaving America to choose between them to determine the third place finalist competing alongside Frado and Patrick for the $250,000 grand prize. Viewers can vote now through Monday, December 13 at 9:00 a.m. ET either online at www.nbc.com or by text (text ELIZABETH or ADA to 33088) -- $.99 charge per text message vote, plus additional message and data rates may apply).

Daily Hair Tip
For a low maintenance style, try to work with your natural hair type rather than against it. For example, if your hair is naturally wavy, select a hairstyle that works easily with the waves.
