Formula

Infallible Never Fail Lipcolours transfer-proof formula is an advancement in lipcolour that features two application steps that make the formula exceptionally longwearing, yet extremely comfortable.

Step 1: Basecoat

Step one sets the lips for amazing comfort and colour. The Infallible Never Fail Lipcolour liquid Basecoat features patented, lip-gripping polymers with superior elasticity that enable a flexible film to form on top of lips. This flexibility is what makes the lipcolour exceptionally comfortable. The addition of Vitamin E also helps to condition lips and prevent caking and flaking of the colour. This technology, plus volatile solvents, is also what makes Infallible Lip transfer-proof for hour after hour of even, beautiful wear.

Many transfer-proof basecoats typically feature slippery oils which can mute colour, giving it a dulled look on lips, but Infallible Never Fail Lipcolour delivers rich colour pigments that go on bright and luminous and stay true. Infallible Lips basecoat was also specially formulated to be fragrance-free. With this, the unpleasant scent often associated with transfer-proof lipstick is no more.

Step 2: Topcoat

Infallible Never Fail Lipcolours balm Topcoat provides high-shine to the Basecoat and added comfort. Featuring ultra-glossy, silicone polymers and high-shine emollients to give the lipcolour magnified luminosity, it keeps colour looking fresh throughout the day.

In addition, Vitamin E and Marine Collagen, help provide moisture and suppleness to the lips. The end result is an ultra-bright lipcolour that feels light and conditioning. Applicator

Created for LOral Paris by designer John Lonczak, Infallible Never Fail Lipcolours unique packaging meets the criteria of todays woman first function, then aesthetics. I set out to create a product that a woman would intuitively recognize and know how to use, but I also wanted it to express newness and elevate the lipstick container to an object of glamour akin to a purse perfume or compact, said Mr. Lonczak.

Much concern was given to the portability and typical use scenarios of the product how it would be handled, opened and applied.

For example, a built-in mirror was a must, so I designed the case to be a sufficiently shiny metallic. At the same time, the design still secures the lipstick formulas in a concise, jewel-like form thats strong, beautiful and elegant. It also satisfies the fiddle factor Infallible Lip is right at home in the palm of your hand.
